Japan made optical lens grade acrylic sheet is used which provide no distortion and highest degree of hardness.

Acrylic sheet is fitted in mold and uniformly heated in industrial oven. Then blow molded to perfectly fit the stock cowling. During forming process, acrylic sheet dos not touch the mold in order to create undistorted 3D curvature. In some cases, wooden mold is used for press molding instead of blow molding.
