Technology

Supreme Lightness that lowers the load on the rider

Together with the advanced composite technology that succeeded in high anti-penetration and impact absorption, Kabuto adopted FEM (Finite Element Method) structural analysis to optimize the strength on each part. Level of safety feature enabling to pass JIS requirements with wide margin, and the supreme lightness that lowers the load on the rider's neck, will ease the strain on riders in any situation.

Leading-Edge Aero-form

Wake Stabilizer (PAT.4311691) , the proprietary aero devise Kabuto developed with CFD (3D Computational Fluid Dynamics) , and frontal projected area that is slimmed down to its limit, reduce the air resistance both at front and on sides in facing forward as well as turning back in,confirming rear view. This will reduce the stress on riders in long-distance touring and etc.

Newely Designed Shield System Achieved Silence

Better seal and quietness is achieved with : DAF ratchet of double axis structure; DAF-1 shield in 3D shape which has superior aerodynamics character and quick exchange; and new type trim rubbers.

Light Weight and Compact Design

4-shell size with 6 sizes range realizes fine fitting, light weight and Compactness.

Fresh Air Control

Newly designed big air inlet that is to route air inside the shell prevents fogging inside the shield and the glasses, also eases breathing.

DAF Pinlock ® Original Insert Lens

Pins for Pinlock ® Original Insert Lens prepared for Wide type 100& MAX VISION Pinlock® Original Insert Lens that helps anti-fogging by keeping the temperature inside and outside of the helmet.
